Super God Card Maker

While everyone else has some sort of blessing or gift when they get transported to another world, LuMing seems to have been given a body of a crossdressing salesman in deep loanshark debt. Originally LuMing was already an overworked programmer, a shitty life it was already. He now lives in a world where people have abilities that make up professions! As a cardmaker he falls deep into thought. If the working mechanics behind cardmaking is similar to programming in his old world, wouldn't he be ridiculously overpowered? In theory, couldn't he just compress the entire world or realms within a card?
